    Online training is done by zooming or renting VOD training Group training takes place in Hayarkon Park - Kosovsky Street, Bavli neighborhood, Tel Aviv
  • I want to sign up for the lesson but it is written that the training is already full

  • I have a subscription but when I want to order a workout the site asks me to pay for it
    To use the subscription you must make sure you are logged in with the username / email with which you purchased the subscription You can connect by tapping "Login" at the top right of the main page of the site
  • Why do I not receive the lesson invitation by email?
    This can be for several reasons: 1. By registering to the site, you entered the e-mail address incorrectly, so the summons does not reach you 2. You signed up with one of the social networks and the email that is defined there is different from the email you are currently working with 3. You have made a double user registration and the summons is sent to an unused email If you have not been able to solve this yourself and in order for us to help, you can contact us
  • I rented a VOD workout but when I try to watch it the site asks me to pay again
    There can be 2 reasons for this: 1. In order to watch the film, you must access it via the link sent to you by email - you cannot watch it by entering the site and activating it from the gallery 2. The site does not remember your username and password and therefore does not allow viewing of the film, in order to solve this, you must log in to the site with the username and password that you registered to the site and rented the film with. Login to the site is done by clicking on the login icon at the top right of the main page of the site as shown in the image
  • Is it possible to deploy the subscription purchase for payments?
    Yes, each purchase can be spread up to 12 interest-free payments

    All of our subscription plans include time-limited multiple-entry ticket and this is what determines if the subscription comes to an end, if you have not used up all the training allotted to you during this time, the amount of training left in the subscription will be deleted.
  • Do you work with FREEFIT?
    Yes, definitely FreeFit subscription allows you to participate in zoom training or frontal training up to 8 times a month, in order to register for training with FreeFit you must register as a user at our site and then contact us so that we can register you for the requested training
